Our usual TMC Coffee Club BUT this time with special guest speaker Gemma from Post Natal Fitness Hub to help us busy mums return to exercise SAFELY - rebuilding strength & confidence. You will have time before and after Gemma\'s discussion to meet with the other mums and connect over good coffee and a breakfast should you wish (15% discount of Sandersons food menu for us)! The morning will be held at Sanderons cafe at Police Academy Park (same place as the Ripe Market). Sandersons is situated on a big enclosed park which is beautiful to walk through and watch the kids play in whilst you are relaxing having a coffee. They also have an inside play area for the younger babes.

Ticket price will include:
-Coffee or juice
-15% of all breakfast orders with Sandersons
-Dedicated babysitters from Nightingale Health services to help watch your little ones whilst you have a drink and a chat
-15 minute dedicated discussion for returning back to exercise SAFELY and healing diastasis recti after pregnancy, with Post Natal Fitness Hub.

-A fabulous morning chatting and making friends with other mums in Dubai!

At our coffee club, you will meet other mums in Dubai, make friends, share advice and have a wonderful wholesome morning over a good coffee. Lots of our mums are new to the club or new to Dubai, so do not worry if you do not know anyone as you will meets lots of lovely new faces in the same position on the day! Your event hosts, Jo & Jessy, will be making introductions and will be chatting away to you too so no one is ever left on their own. You can come with kids, babies, bumps or on your own!

Please note we plan to have a photographer at the event. This will give you an opportunity to have some lovely candid photographs taken. However if you do not wish to have your photo taken, just let us know! Images may be used for promotional services.
